Websites for UK estate agents
The week you go out on your own you lose the brand, the CRM, the portal feeds and the profile page people used to find you on. We build the thing that replaces the last one: your name, your listings, your leads, publishing themselves out of whatever CRM you have signed up to.
A website with no listings on it is a business card that took six weeks. The difference between one that works and one that embarrasses you is whether new instructions appear on it without you touching anything.
So that is the part we build first. Your CRM already holds the property, the photographs, the floorplan and the EPC. We read it directly, so a price change shows up on your site the same day you make it, and an enquiry from your site lands back in the CRM where you already work.
Everything else, the design, the valuation page, the mobile behaviour, follows from that. It is the bit almost nobody does properly, and it is the reason agents end up quietly updating a website by hand at half past nine at night.

Hover it and the real site scrolls past. Not a mockup, the page as it stands today.
What you get
Guide price
There is no discovery phase, no proposal and no sales call unless you want one. Every other studio in this market hides the number behind a contact form because the number moves depending on who is asking. Ours doesn't. If you want out, you own the domain and we hand over the site.
CRM feeds
It is the first question we ask, because it decides how the listings reach your site. We have built against 10ninety and are working through the Street open API now.
The rest below publish feeds too, and we will wire yours up as part of the build. If you have not chosen a CRM yet, ask us before you do. Some of them make this straightforward and some of them very much do not.
Get in touch
That is genuinely all we need to tell you whether the listings feed will work and what your site would look like. If you would rather talk, ring or message 07393 773164, or email accounts@lhullindustries.co.uk.
